Shipping

We aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. If this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and we will contact you directly to advise if anything is not in stock with an expected delivery date.

As standard, your order will be tissue wrapped and tied with our signature ribbon.
 

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

We ship WORLDWIDE. 

SIGNATURE REQUIRED:

For tracking purposes a signature is required on delivery for domestic and international shipping. If no one is home during business hours your package may end up at your local post office. If delivery is attempted but you are not home you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and an ‘attempted delivery email’ giving you instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address.

We are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, as a signature is required, please ensure a full address is provided. Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. We do not currently offer a Saturday delivery service.
